How to Apply for National University Of Medical Sciences Admission 2024?
You need to fill out the application form online. The online application has 5 steps:

- Upload the Paid Fee Challan
Step 5: Preview & Submit Application
You must scan and attach the following documents with your online application:
- Passport-size photograph
- Candidate’s CNIC or B-Form
- Father/Guardian’s CNIC
- MDCAT (NUMS) results from September 3, 2023, if applicable
- SSC/O-Level Equivalence Certificate
- HSSC/A-Level Equivalence Certificate
After completing Step 1, click “Save Personal Record” and then “Next Step.”
After completing Step 2, click “Next Step.”
In Step 3, select your desired test and click “Save Test Details.”
In Step 4, print or download the Application Processing Fee Challan. Visit the nearest Habib Bank Ltd branch to deposit the fee (a single fee is charged regardless of the number of programs selected).
After paying the fee, scan the bank-stamped “Paid Fee Challan NUMS Copy” and upload it in Step 4. Click “Save & Next.”
In Step 5, review your application, check the box, and click “Final Submission.”
